SHIPPING (To USA)

 

We currently ship products only to USA. Shipping to customers is offered through UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped the same day if ordered and processed by 3 pm EST time. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. In the event of delays every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder or substitute to another item or cancel your order.

 
 

Return Policy 

 

All of our products are brand new and should not require a return. If for any reason a product is defective on arrival email us (return@yourgameworldo.com) no later then 30 business days from delivery date requesting an RMA number and we will exchange the item for the same product. The product must be in the same condition as purchased, new and unopened. The item being exchanged must be received at the Yourgameworldo.com's  warehouse within 10 business days from the RMA issue date to be valid. Returns received with invalid, expired, or no return authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you. Please note: Yourgameworldo.com reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if these return procedures are not followed. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers.
